OUR TEAM

Dana is a dedicated Office Manager who plays an essential role in keeping the veterinary hospital running smoothly behind the scenes. She is a valued part of the team, helping Dr. Ruskin transition her practice into a newly upgraded hospital and supporting its continued growth every step of the way. Outside of work, Dana loves spending time with her daughter, family, friends, and her beloved cat, Troubles. She is often the one we as a team, clients, and her family come to for answers as she is creative and discerning on how to help best.  Her dedication, reliability, and caring nature make her an important part of both the hospital family and her own.

Kathy is a true animal lover whose lifelong connection with animals naturally guided her into the veterinary field. Having grown up around both farm animals and wildlife, she developed a deep appreciation for animals from an early age, and her previous experience working in animal control only strengthened that passion. Today, Kathy is an essential support system for her family and a compassionate member of the veterinary hospital team. Outside of work, she enjoys music, helping with various charity events, spending time with her dog Scrabble and her stray-turned-family cat, Red, and—well—enjoying life to the fullest. Her big heart, sense of humor, and dedication to animals make her a memorable part of the hospital family.

Kelsey has been a valued member of the Readington Animal Hospital team since 2024. As a Veterinary Assistant, she enjoys being part of a compassionate and dedicated team that works every day to help pets live their healthiest and happiest lives. Her love for animals extends well beyond the hospital—outside of work, Kelsey can often be found at the barn riding horses, exploring the outdoors on a hike, or spending quality time with her own beloved pets. Her passion for animals and genuine dedication to their well-being make her a wonderful part of the Readington Animal Hospital family

Olivia is a junior at Rutgers University, where she is pursuing a degree in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary concentration. She is also an Approved Veterinary Assistant, certified through NAVTA, and a member of our clinical team. Olivia enjoys time with her sorority, Sigma Delta Tau, loves fashion, weightlifting, east coast road trips, especially to the beach, and aspires to go to veterinary school. She loves being part of the care our patients receive here and plans to spend her life dedicated to the animals she serves.

Rayssa brings 15 years of experience in the veterinary field, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. While surgery is where she truly thrives and finds the most passion, she also has a special interest in ultrasound and acupuncture. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her three children and making the most of family life.

Roxanne is a committed Inventory Manager who wears many hats here. Before joining the veterinary field, she worked as a dental hygienist and pharmacy technician, bringing a strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others. Outside of the hospital, she owns her own wellness business, where she is a trauma-informed yoga instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and certified hypnotist. A devoted pit bull mom, her connection to the hospital began as a client when Dr. Ruskin saved the life of her beloved senior dog. She is incredibly grateful for that experience and considers it a privilege to now be part of the team.

Victor is a foreign-trained veterinary graduate currently working toward obtaining his veterinary license in the United States through the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) program. With over seven years of experience in veterinary medicine as a technician and assistant, he brings a strong clinical background, a passion for animal care, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of pets and their families. Victor also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, playing chess, playing dominoes and indulging in his love for sushi. He considers himself a strategic thinker, although his chess, and domino opponents might occasionally disagree! Whether he’s caring for patients, studying for his veterinary licensing exams, or deciding which sushi roll to order next, Victor believes that a little humor makes every day better.
